La contro-inchiesta sulle origini del Russiagate condotta dal Procuratore John Durham<\/a> potrebbe ora inguaiare seriamente l\u2019ex presidente degli Stati Uniti Barack Obama<\/strong>. Se, come verr\u00e0 eventualmente appurato, c\u2019\u00e8 stata un\u2019operazione di controspionaggio ai danni della Campagna di Donald Trump da parte delle agenzie governative, \u00e8 difficile pensare Obama ne fosse totalmente all\u2019oscuro. Come spiega il giornalista investigativo americano Eric Zuesse<\/strong> in un\u2019inchiesta pubblicata su Strategic Culture Foundation<\/em><\/a>, l\u2019ex presidente degli Stati Uniti potrebbe finire in grossi guai giudiziari perch\u00e9 il pi\u00f9 grande crimine che un presidente americano possa commettere \u00e8 quello di agire contro la democrazia americana, la Costituzione, lavorando con poteri stranieri per prenderne il controllo oppure agendo all\u2019interno per sabotare la democrazia stessa e le sue regole. \u201cL\u2019indagine sul Russiagate, che in precedenza si concentrava sull\u2019attuale presidente degli Stati Uniti ha invertito la sua direzione e ora prende di mira il predecessore di Trump. Sebbene non possa pi\u00f9 essere rimosso dall\u2019incarico, deve rispondere alle leggi penali, come qualsiasi altro americano\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

Obama ha giocato sporco contro Trump?<\/h2>\n\n\n

Come ricorda Zuesse, un\u2019ordinanza del 17 dicembre della Corte Fisa<\/a> (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) ha severamente condannato la condotta dell\u2019Fbi sotto Obama, per aver ottenuto, il 19 ottobre 2016 (prima delle elezioni presidenziali degli Stati Uniti), da quella Corte, con false pretese, un\u2019autorizzazione federale per a iniziare le indagini sulla campagna presidenziale di Donald Trump, accusato di essere colluso con il governo russo. Centrale, secondo Zuesse, \u00e8 comprendere il ruolo controverso del professor Stefan Halper<\/strong>. Nel frattempo, secondo quanto riportato da The Intercept<\/em><\/a>, il procuratore John Durham prosegue le sue indagini e ha interrogato l\u2019ex direttore della Nsa Michael Rogers.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rogers ha incontrato Durham, in diverse occasioni, secondo due persone che hanno familiarit\u00e0 con la vicenda. Sebbene la sostanza di tali incontri non sia chiara, Rogers ha collaborato volontariamente, hanno affermato diverse persone a conoscenza della questione. Si tratta del primo ex direttore dell\u2019intelligence interrogato da Durham nell\u2019ambito della controinchiesta sul Russiagate che potrebbe inguaiare Barack Obama e la sua amministrazione. \u201c\u00c8 stato molto collaborativo\u201d, ha detto un ex funzionario dell\u2019intelligence che \u00e8 a conoscenza degli incontri di Rogers con il Dipartimento di Giustizia.<\/p>\n\n\n

Come riportato lo scorso 13 dicembre da InsideOver<\/em><\/a>, l\u2019Italia rimane al centro della vicenda sul Russiagate. L\u2019accusa che arriva dal mondo repubblicano \u00e8 potente: l\u2019allora presidente Barack Obama<\/strong> avrebbe chiesto nel 2016 ai governi stranieri di indagare e spiare Donald Trump e la sua Campagna. Lo ha ribadito alla Commissione giustizia della Camera il deputato texano John Ratcliffe. \u201cL\u2019amministrazione Obama \u2013 ha sottolineato \u2013 chiese alla Gran Bretagna, all\u2019Italia e all\u2019Australia e ad altri Paesi di aiutarlo nelle sue indagini su una persona che era un oppositore politico del partito opposto (Donald Trump, ndr<\/em>)\u201d. Ratcliffe ha poi difeso il presidente Usa dall\u2019inchiesta d\u2019impeachment: \u201cSiamo nel comitato giudiziario, giusto? Comprendiamo la Costituzione, capiamo che il presidente \u00e8 il dirigente unitario, \u00e8 il ramo esecutivo, e tutto il potere del ramo esecutivo deriva dal presidente.
