Il loro focus sar\u00e0 su come implementare al meglio il <strong>Global Compact for Migration<\/strong> (GCM) adottato da oltre 150 Stati a dicembre 2018. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Questo \u00e8 un momento cruciale per tutti coloro che lavorano sul fronte della migrazione&#8221;, afferma <strong>St\u00e9phane Jaquemet<\/strong>, direttore della politica presso la <strong>International Catholic Migration Commission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cUn anno fa, a <strong>Marrakech<\/strong>, l&#8217;energia e l&#8217;adrenalina sono state incredibili per l&#8217;adozione del<strong> Global Compact for Migration<\/strong>. Oggi non possiamo permetterci di essere esausti o distratti. Se non correttamente implementato, il Global Compact perder\u00e0 il suo significato. E per vedere il vero impegno nell&#8217;implementazione, avremo bisogno del doppio dell&#8217;energia e dell&#8217;adrenalina che avevamo prima. <strong>L&#8217;implementazione, pi\u00f9 che l&#8217;adozione, \u00e8 il vero momento della verit\u00e0<\/strong> &#8220;, aggiunge Jaquemet.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la Giornata della societ\u00e0 civile, i partecipanti discuteranno degli impegni dei governi, delle autorit\u00e0 locali, del settore privato e delle proprie organizzazioni.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cercheranno anche patrenariati nuovi e innovativi a beneficio dei migranti e delle loro comunit\u00e0 di accoglienza, considerando che le organizzazioni della societ\u00e0 civile sono spesso le prime a fornire ai migranti servizi vitali come la salute e l&#8217;istruzione.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cinque temi principali saranno discussi tra i rappresentanti della societ\u00e0 civile in occasione della Giornata della societ\u00e0 civile:<br \/><strong> &#8211; accesso ai servizi per tutti i migranti;<br \/> &#8211; movimenti migratori misti;<br \/> &#8211; migrazione del lavoro;<br \/> &#8211; spostamento legato al clima; e<br \/> &#8211; la criminalizzazione dei migranti e di coloro che li assistono.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br \/> Oltre a questi temi, verranno prese in considerazione una serie di <strong>questioni trasversali:<\/strong> i diritti dei bambini e il contributo dei giovani, approcci sensibili al genere, inclusione della diaspora e contrasto delle opinioni negative sulla migrazione.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per le organizzazioni della societ\u00e0 civile, questo incontro \u00e8 un&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 per portare priorit\u00e0 e sfide nazionali e locali nelle discussioni a livello globale. Presentano le loro raccomandazioni a rappresentanti del governo, sindaci e dirigenti d&#8217;azienda.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per la prima volta quest&#8217;anno, l&#8217;intero vertice della GFMD sar\u00e0 aperto ai partecipanti della societ\u00e0 civile, rendendolo un processo veramente multi-stakeholder inclusivo e fornendo ulteriori opportunit\u00e0 di strategia, networking, advocacy e costruzione di partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For civil society organizations, this meeting is an opportunity to bring national and local priorities and challenges into the discussions at the global level.
