Sono i transgender la prima vittima dei superpoteri che il premier ungherese Viktor Orb\u00e1n si \u00e8 autoconferito col voto del Parlamento in pugno alla Fidesz, il suo partito-Stato. All’indomani del golpe istituzionale con cui il capo dell’esecutivo di Budapest si \u00e8 fatto assegnare il diritto di sciogliere l’assemblea legislativa e governare per decreto a tempo indeterminato, \u00e8 passata la legge che il suo fido vice primo ministro Zsolt Semjen<\/strong> aveva preparato.<\/p>\n\n\n

Da adesso in Ungheria le autorit\u00e0 non potranno pi\u00f9 registrare sui documenti di identit\u00e0 il nuovo gender di qualsiasi persona che abbia cambiato sesso. Tale decisione, che evoca decenni bui di regimi europei omofobi negli anni Venti e Trenta, introduce discriminazioni spaventose: ad esempio chi ha cambiato sesso e vuole un matrimonio o convivenza con una persona di sesso diverso non sar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 per lo Stato parte di un’unione etero.<\/p>\n\n\n

Sar\u00e0 quindi schedato, ed escluso da ogni beneficio per le famiglie. Colpire una minoranza dopo l’altra e un gruppo dopo l’altro, sembra la strategia di Budapest.<\/p>\n\n\n

“Cambiare il proprio sesso biologico \u00e8 impossibile, i caratteri sessuali primari e le caratteristiche cromosomiche sono immutabili e non possono essere modificate da nessun ufficio di registro dello Stato civile magiaro”, dice il testo, con un linguaggio mostruosamente simile a quelli tedeschi dal 1933 al 1945.<\/p>\n\n\n

“Tale disposizione priva i trans in Ungheria della possibilit\u00e0 di usare i loro documenti senza paura”, afferma al sito Lgbt e trans svizzero 360.ch Zs\u00f3fia Szabo<\/strong>, dell’associazione trans magiara “Prizma K\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g”. A livello europeo l’associazione transgender Tgeu ha denunciato “l’enorme, grave passo indietro imposto alla societ\u00e0 ungherese”.<\/p>\n\n\n

Proprio mentre risponde con arroganza ai moniti dell’Unione europea e di 13 forze politiche membri del Partito popolare europeo (da cui la Fidesz di Orb\u00e1n \u00e8 sospesa ma non ancora espulsa) il regime inasprisce la sua brutale politica omofoba.<\/p>\n\n\n

Prima aveva gi\u00e0 proibito studi accademici e universitari sul tema gender e cambiamento di genere o dibattiti su unioni diverse dal tradizionale matrimonio ufficiale eterosessuale. “Non ho tempo per dibattiti su quale tipo di democrazia, devo lottare contro il virus nella mia patria, fate altrettanto e non interferite nei nostri affari interni”, ha scritto Orb\u00e1n al vertice Ppe con carta intestata da premier. <\/p>\n\n\n

Dunja Mij\u00e1tovic<\/strong>, commissaria Ue per i diritti umani, ha duramente criticato la legge anti-trans e anti-Lgbt affermando che “le persone Lgbt e transgender hanno diritto a una vita normale senza discriminazioni basata sul diritto all’autodeterminazione” e “le autorit\u00e0 ungheresi devono garantire il loro diritto a procedure rapide e trasparenti per cambiare nome e gender sul registro civile nonch\u00e9 su carte d’identit\u00e0, passaporti e altri documenti. \u00c8 un diritto umano fondamentale, il riconoscimento ufficiale di gender \u00e8 questione di dignit\u00e0 umana”.<\/p>\n\n\n

Secondo Mark Angel<\/strong> e Terry Reintke<\/strong>, copresidenti del gruppo misto omosessuali, lesbische, transgender all’Europarlamento, la legge voluta da Orb\u00e1n “\u00e8 un attacco scandaloso e deliberato alla comunit\u00e0 trans che mira non solo a costringerla al silenzio ma anche a cancellarla e negare la sua esistenza”.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
