No, una\nchiave per capire cosa rappresentano le proteste bulgare. Un desiderio di\nentrare nella post-transizione dopo decenni di transizione, che ha\ndisumanizzato sia i suoi vincitori che i suoi perdenti.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La transizione \u00e8 stata dominata dall&#8217;ideologia dell&#8217;anticomunismo. Sotto la\nsua bandiera \u00e8 stato creato un sistema di capitalismo clientelare, sono emersi\noligarchi, mentre la privatizzazione e le riforme neoliberiste hanno lacerato\nil tessuto sociale e centinaia di migliaia sono andati all&#8217;estero per un lavoro\ndignitoso e condizioni di vita migliori. Ora il primo ministro Borissov,\nminacciato dalle proteste, applica una retorica anticomunista per creare\ndivisioni, suggerendo che se cade il governo \u201ci comunisti\u201d torneranno al\npotere. Allo stesso tempo, importanti correnti di manifestanti affermano che\nquesta non \u00e8 n\u00e9 una protesta di destra n\u00e9 una di sinistra, ma \u00e8 una protesta di\npersone oneste e perbene contro la mafia, che ha conquistato lo Stato.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In questo senso GERB \u00e8 un partito di transizione, mentre\nle proteste guardano oltre. Potrebbe essere che la classe media urbana, la\nprincipale forza trainante delle proteste, consideri gli ultimi 30 anni come\nuna falsa transizione? Vuole una vera transizione verso la democrazia liberale\nadesso &#8211; senza istituzioni catturate e capitalismo dei gruppi interni?<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vari analisti\nricordano che GERB \u00e8 diventato una reminiscenza del partito-stato che governava\nfino al 1989 e se perde il potere, non solo si disintegrer\u00e0, ma ci sar\u00e0 anche una\npersecuzione contro le sue \u00e9lite privilegiate, proprio come al tempo ci sono\nstati processi contro alcuni leaders comunisti. Una simile mentalit\u00e0 di\nprotesta \u00e8 stata osservata durante le manifestazioni rumene del 2014, che hanno\nportato al potere Klaus Iohannis. In seguito i rumeni avevano sventolato\nbandiere rivoluzionarie del 1989 con un buco nel mezzo (che simboleggiava il\nsegno araldico tagliato della Romania comunista), dimostrando che questa \u00e8 la\nseconda e vera rivoluzione, mentre la prima era falsa &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nessuno\nusa la parola &#8220;post-transizione&#8221; oggi. Nessuno esprime cosa\nsignificherebbe in termini di idee, politiche, conflitti sociali, al di l\u00e0\ndelle condanne per le \u00e9lite corrotte degli ultimi 30 anni. L&#8217;idea di lasciarsi\nalle spalle il periodo che ha causato molti danni sociali non \u00e8 chiaramente\narticolata, \u00e8 inconscia. Ovviamente c&#8217;\u00e8 molta strada prima della realizzazione\ndi questo sogno e potrebbe rimanere solo una fantasia.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I\nbulgari vogliono cambiare, ma possono davvero dare alla luce qualcosa di nuovo?\n\u00c8 possibile che i vincitori della transizione &#8211; la classe media urbana che ora\nprotesta &#8211; metta fine alla transizione? Non diventer\u00e0 una forza conservatrice\nche si oppone alle politiche sociali non appena abbatter\u00e0 Borissov? Il primo\nministro ha adottato un pacchetto sociale ed economico di 0,6 miliardi di euro,\ndando denaro a varie categorie di lavoratori e disoccupati. Potrebbe mettere in\npratica il manuale del Partito socialdemocratico rumeno, che ha governato tra\nil 2012 e il 2019 dando benefici ai cittadini poveri ed emarginati,\ntradizionalmente disprezzati dalla destra urbana rumena? Le persone senza\nprivilegi e socialmente insicure non si raccoglierebbero dietro lo scudo di\nGERB, perch\u00e9 questo partito almeno d\u00e0 loro una certa stabilit\u00e0 economica? Se questo\naccadesse, il cambiamento verrebbe probabilmente ostacolato o ritardato.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Come ho scritto\nnell&#8217;autunno del 2019, post-transizione potrebbe significare umanizzazione\ndelle relazioni sociali, rafforzamento incrementale del lavoro rispetto al capitale,\nsotto il motto &#8220;Le persone (vengono) prima dei profitti!&#8221;. Queste proteste,\nguidate dalla nascente classe media urbana di imprenditori e giovani\nprofessionisti, sono un&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 storica per la nuova sinistra debole nell\u2019articolare\nla visione e le richieste di una post-transizione? I clich\u00e9 gridati contro il\ngoverno non equivalgono al radicalismo politico. Il cambiamento implica una\ntrasformazione non solo politica, ma soprattutto sociale. Ora gli attivisti di\nsinistra creano assemblee cittadine e punti di ascolto, mettendo in pratica la\ndemocrazia nelle piazze, mentre altri manifestanti sfidano il partito al\ngoverno durante le loro manifestazioni o dalle tendopoli. Dobbiamo ricordare\nche il cambiamento non \u00e8 nell&#8217;accumulo di potere o nella sostituzione di un\ndominio pi\u00f9 debole con uno pi\u00f9 forte.
