Oggi vogliamo dare voce all\u2019<strong>India<\/strong>, alla <strong>Nigeria<\/strong> e al <strong>Kirghizistan<\/strong>, tre paesi che questa settimana hanno visto strade e piazze riempirsi di manifestanti.&nbsp; A guidarli ci sono motivi tutti differenti e importanti, anche se l\u2019opinione pubblica sembra essersene interessata poco. La crisi sociale del nostro tempo non conosce confine, ma attraversa ogni anfratto del nostro globo, anche il meno conosciuto. Lo sa bene <strong>Papa Francesco<\/strong>, a cui abbiamo dedicato parte di questa rassegna settimanale. Le sue encicliche racchiudono a pieno le sfide del nostro tempo. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LOTTA\nSENZA FINE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli scontri nella regione del <strong>Kashmir<\/strong> non cessano, alimentati da un malcontento che si trascina da decenni attraverso la storia della regione, <strong>divisa tra India e Pakistan<\/strong>. L\u2019ultima scintilla che ha riacceso l\u2019insoddisfazione popolare \u00e8 stata una notifica del Ministero dell\u2019Interno che ha riportato per le strade l\u2019ira dei ribelli del Kashmir. Mentre sale a due il numero delle vittime negli scontri con le forze dell\u2019ordine e si contano decine di feriti, \u00e8 giusto chiedersi: cosa sta succedendo? Cosa ha decretato il ministero? Qual \u00e8 la ragione di queste ultime proteste? Il governo indiano, nell\u2019ultimo anno, ha arrestato migliaia di attivisti, politici locali e uomini d&#8217;affari ma la recentissima scarcerazione dell\u2019ex primo ministro del Kashmir, <strong>Mehbooba Mufti,<\/strong> ha introdotto nuovi scenari politici che potrebbero risultare determinanti per il raggiungimento dell\u2019indipendenza. In quello che si appresta a diventare <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.other-news.info\/notizie\/2020\/09\/26\/non-e-un-paese-per-vecchi\/\">il terzo paese pi\u00f9 giovane al mondo<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.other-news.info\/notizie\/2020\/09\/26\/non-e-un-paese-per-vecchi\/\">,<\/a> si \u00e8 affacciata una nuova sfida: la lotta al corpo di polizia speciale Sars, da tempo accusato di violenze, abusi ed estorsione. Nonostante a scatenare le proteste sia stato un video risalente a qualche settimana fa, in cui si vedono gli agenti Sars uccidere un uomo, gi\u00e0 da diversi anni il corpo di polizia \u00e8 al centro delle polemiche. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Sars<\/strong>, fondata nel 1992 e inizialmente pensata come <strong>polizia ombra<\/strong>, nel corso degli anni si \u00e8 impegnata a combattere la criminalit\u00e0 dilagante e la mafia nigeriana del Boko Haram non senza macchiarsi, tuttavia, di diverse colpe al suo interno. La cronaca infatti ha riportato<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" numerosi casi di violenze e abusi sulle persone arrestate (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.lifegate.it\/nigeria-sars-polizia-manifestazioni#:~:text=Dopo%20giorni%20di%20proteste%20che,responsabile%20di%20abusi%20e%20omicidi.&amp;text=La%20protesta%20%C3%A8%20stata%20contro,di%20violenze%2C%20abusi%20ed%20estorsione\" target=\"_blank\"> numerosi casi di violenze e abusi sulle persone arrestate<\/a> ed a ci\u00f2 si sono affiancate notizie di pratiche di estorsione portate avanti dagli agenti stessi. Nei giorni scorsi il presidente della Nigeria, <strong>Muhammadu Buhari<\/strong>, e il capo della polizia nigeriana, <strong>Mohammed Abubakar Adamu,<\/strong> hanno proclamato lo scioglimento della Sars, seguito da una serie di processi determinanti nel riportare a galla le colpe della polizia. <\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un ruolo\nattivo e determinante nel raccontare la violenza della Sars \u00e8 stato svolto dai\nrapporti delle organizzazioni non governative, prima fra tutte <strong>Amnesty\ninternational<\/strong>, impegnata in pi\u00f9 di una lotta all\u2019interno del territorio\nnigeriano.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A\nMORTE PER UNA CANZONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amnesty International ha sollecitato le autorit\u00e0 dello stato nigeriano anche circa l\u2019annullamento della condanna all\u2019impiccagione di <strong>Yahaya Sharif Aminu<\/strong>, un cantante 22 enne accusato di aver composto una canzone blasfema ed offensiva nei confronti dell\u2019Islam. Il 22 enne \u00e8 stato arrestato lo scorso marzo, dopo che una folla di facinorosi aveva abbattuto la porta d\u2019ingresso della sua abitazione e si era recata in processione al quartier generale della polizia di Kano, reclamando la sua condanna. La pena di morte \u00e8 prevista dalla <strong>Shari\u2019a<\/strong> ma il governo centrale tuttavia \u00e8 obbligato, ai sensi del <strong>Patto Internazionale sui diritti civili<\/strong>, a limitare il ricorso alla pena capitale a reati pi\u00f9 gravi, come l\u2019omicidio intenzionale.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non \u00e8 possibile restare in silenzio davanti ad un ragazzo che rischia di essere impiccato per un canzone. Amnesty International non ha mai smesso di sollecitare il rilascio immediato e incondizionato di Aminu. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Firmare la petizione (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.it\/appelli\/condannato-a-morte-per-una-canzone\/\" target=\"_blank\">Firmare <\/a><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Firmare la petizione (apre in una nuova scheda)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.it\/appelli\/condannato-a-morte-per-una-canzone\/\" target=\"_blank\">la petizione<\/a><\/strong> per chiedere l\u2019annullamento della condanna potrebbe salvargli la vita.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>QUANTO\nNE SAPPIAMO DEL KIRGHIZISTAN? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anche in <strong>Kirghizistan<\/strong> il popolo si \u00e8 riversato nelle piazze per protestare violentemente. La causa scatenante, in questo caso, sono i risultati delle elezioni del 4 ottobre, conclusesi con la vittoria dei partiti filorussi. Il risultato non sembra essere stato gradito dalla popolazione che, in massa, ha scatenato tutta la sua forza assaltando <strong>il carcere di Bishkek<\/strong> per liberare l&#8217;ex presidente <strong>Almazbek Atambayev <\/strong>e gli ex Ministri <strong>Satybaldyiev<\/strong>, <strong>Iskov<\/strong>, <strong>eSadyr Japarov. <\/strong>&nbsp;Il paese si trova oggi in una situazione drammatica, dove al completo caos sociale-politico e alle sue incidenze sull\u2019economia del paese si uniscono una crescente criminalit\u00e0 e continue violazioni di diritti umani. Quanto ne sappiamo del Kirghizistan?
