The AI financial crash kicked back into gear Oct 22nd. Global stock markets jolted, headlining financial papers. But an article by a young Indian journalist stood out in the Financial Times. Exclusive! It said. Axel Springer CEO, Mathias Döpfner, visits Charles Kushner, US Ambassador in Paris, to suggest the purchase of Tiktok Europe. AxelSpringer SE is a German news conglomerate owning European newspapers like the German dailies Bild and Die Welt as well as English language publications such as Business Insider, Politico and the Daily Telegraph newspaper. Carole Cadwalladr worked for the Telegraph and the Observer. She broke the story on Cambridge Analytica’s role in bringing Brexit to the UK and Donald Trump’s first presidential win in 2015. Cambridge Analytica were the first company to weaponise algorithms for elections. Cambridge Analytica was a data monster created by SCL, who specialised in military PsyOp deployment to undermine democracy mostly in Africa. Cambridge Analytica was to give them new markets for online democracy in the US and the UK. A series of articles were published by Cadwalladr helped bring Cambridge Analytica to the attention of the US and the British government and have it shut down. Cadwalladr has a few great Ted Talks on this matter she calls this kind of election deployment “digital coups”. META made her life hell by suing her for revealing their dirty tricks deployed in various elections via the popularity of their platforms FaceBook, Instagram and WhatsApp. It was FaceBook data harvested via META marketing hacks (revealing friend data) that made Cambridge Technology so effective.
AxelSpringer SE does not own its own social media app but they are definitely thinking about it. As CEO of one of the world’s largest publishing house, Döpfner takes an active interest in editorialising the news as his interview with Peter Thiel reveals. Döpfner’s mate Elon Musk is a pioneer in that business. Musk bought Twitter and transformed it into the hate-fest that is X.com. Hundreds of billions of chaotic X threads fed a bastard AI offspring called Grok. Grok became famous when it woke up in July 2025 calling itself a Mechanised Hitler. MechaHitler was shut down and given a small slap on its virtual bottom by its great leader then Musk then tasked Grok with making an un-woke version of Wikipedia called GrokiPedia. Musk also poisoned a largely African American neighbourhood in Memphis Tennessee with Colossus, then the largest cluster of data centres in the world. Colossus still powers X.ai and Grok with fossil fuels in Memphis.
Döpfner and Musk share an active interest in the Alternative for Germany party; the AfD. Döpfner popped into to see Charles Kushner last week, who Donald Trump appointed US ambassador to France. If the Kushner surname rings a bell it’s because Charles is Jared Kushner’s dad and Jared (with another of Trump’s mates Steve Witkoff) forms the least successful peace negotiation team in the Middle East (and, incidentally, in the Ukraine). The curious couple keep the US military industrial complex busy. They sat in front of negotiators in Switzerland while Israeli and US F-35’s assassinated Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei in Tehran. Jared Kushner got to work for Trump because he married Ivanka Trump which makes him Donald Trump’s son in law, a rather useful way for this pompous Mossad asset to infiltrate the US first family. When Netanyahu visited New York early in his career Charles Kushner turfed little Jared out of his childhood bedroom so that his mate Bibi could sleep there. Bibi was later to become Israel’s Prime Minister; he still is.
Back in the US, Charles Kushner is better known as an ex-con jailed for various financial crimes. These include financial interference in elections and interfering with witnesses. Charles was sentenced to two years in a Federal Prison camp in Alabama qualifying him, according to the Trump dynasty, to be the French ambassador. Kushner like Trump, and many of their odd children, are crooked speculators. Industry terms include Hedge Fund Managers or real estate investors. It is difficult to dispel the notion that putting Charles in Paris might also have been one of Trump’s micro-aggressions against Emmanuel Macron but, one suspects, he might take that one to his grave.
Döpfner’s idea to buy Tiktok Europe ⏤was tossed into the ether like spaghetti that just might stick to the right billionaire’s wall, by Roushi Nair, a journalist in another newspaper AxelSpringer SE tried to buy, the Financial Times. European Businessmen, Döpfner suggested, should buy TikTok Europe to have the world’s most successful algorithm work for European democracy. By democracy might he also have the AfD’s rise to power in Germany in mind? Maybe a tamed algorithm under his mate’s control might help? TikTok US was successful in keeping that awful word ‘Genocide’ from the eyes of US youth when Tiktokers shared Palestine protest videos. Maybe Döpfner thinks Charles’ mate Bibi might like this idea, indeed maybe it was Bibi’s idea in the first place?
Tiktok USA was bought by Larry Ellison’s Oracle wealth, housing Tiktok USA’s data on his own Oracle servers. Larry Ellison and his curious son have gone on to buy up half of Hollywood like CNN and HBO but also including many news channels. Carving Tiktok USA away from the Chinese developer ByteDance helped prevent the virality of certain inconvenient truths when elite US university students called for their rectors to defund Israel with their Alma Mater’s trust funds.
When Döpfner visited France, the nation was reeling from extraordinary street violence with police beating even younger students in Place de la Republique and all across the nation. Nearer the US Embassy in Paris looters stole $10,000 handbags and Swiss watches. The French students had taken to the streets to demand that their own state provide them the educational resources they needed to work for France’s future in the 22nd Century. Macron and his AI mates seem to have other plans for their tax money, like 5% of the GDP going to buying US weapons which is incidentally, Trump’s idea. Döpfner was on a mission to own his own algorithm.
Roushi Nair put two people together and revealed MechaHitler for democracy but she told only part of the story. Elon Musk, Döpfner’s mate, spent billions to buy Twitter to bring Donald Trump back to the platform where he had been banned for being Trump. Musk’s purchase helped Trump win his second US Presidential election as a quarter billion he donated to Trump’s campaign. Working on Trump’s first campaign, using Cambridge Analytica technology under a new brand, were Trump’s campaign manager, Steve Bannon (who gave Cambridge Analytica its pompous name and invented MAGA) as well as Brad Parscale who drove the technology machine using tamed algorithms in social media apps to bring Trump to power. When Cambridge Analytica was shut down Parscale bought the Cambridge Analytica technology and data and used it anyway. Nair brought more than Kushner and Döpfner together. She tied Trump, Musk, Kushner, Kushner’s-dad, AxelSpringer SE, Weidel, Parscale, Bannon, Tiktok, X and META. She revealed a small piece of the PayPal mafia’s great game of AI. Humanity’s written and visual history was to be dumped into massive AI data centres like Colossus for consumption by hungry AI models, like MechaHitler, then spewed out as anti-democratic toxic social media via custom trained algorithms. Tiktok’s algorithm was made in China but tamed in the USA. Döpfner wanted his piece of the action like Musk and the Ellisons. US capital had already warped X and TikTok USA for Netanyahu’s far right politics now Döpfner wants to do the same in Europe. Powerful people want to expand their electoral Mind Wars, spreading them across the planet using tamed algorithms carrying far right ideas. This AI alignment was to be their private property like the newspapers they bought to defend their wealth. Privately-owned custom social media algorithms were to become the key property of the richest men on the planet. Döpfner was following his mate Musk into the business, a man who saluted Donald Trump’s victory with a Heil Hitler salute.
Great idea for Democracy? Not at all!
